Hip Hop
I really like this song. First of all this track is getting across a certain sincerity. The poise, the rhymes and the whole flow gets your attention for sure. It doesn’t follow the trends but at the same time you can’t say it’s dated. As xavier states in the song he does his thing without caring about what other people say.
The production and the whole musical atmosphere of the song is gloomy and the instrumental part could stand as its own. Moreover this “chillhop” rhythm gives a somewhat air of old skool style which I personally find it compelling.
